This plant is again a PLC controlled Brick & Block Plant, having a robust & sturdy design and versatility in terms of production of different concrete products ranging from Bricks to Hollow Blocks.
AUTOMATIC STACKER - this is an innovative and special equipment, which helps in lifting of the pallets with green bricks/blocks and stacking them over a hydraulic trolley, in turn reducing the number of people required and increasing the efficiency of the labor.
We manufacture two types of Models
Block Plant - Model ABE10
Brick Plant - Model ABE12

Major Raw Materials: Fly Ash, Crusher Dust, Aggregates, Sand, Cement/Hydrate Lime, Gypsum etc.
Process of Manufacturing in a Fully Automatic Brick & Block Plant
The required proportion of raw materials is set in the control panel of the BATCHING PLANT
As per the set proportions, the raw materials are automatically weighed by the load cells and collected in a weigh hopper
The raw mix is then transported and mixed in the MIXER by the SKIP HOIST.
The raw mix from mixer is transported via belt conveyor into the hopper fitted over the BRICK & BLOCK MACHINE
Wooden Pallets are fed into the pallet hopper over which the green brick/bock is formed.
The PLC gives signal to various sensors on the Machine in a synchronized pattern and by a combination of hydraulic pressure and vibration; green bricks/blocks are formed.
The wooden pallets Green Brick/Block on the wooden pallet are the transported using the CHAIN CONVEYOR
The STACKER arms pick the pallets and stack one over the other.
Using the hydraulic trolley, the stack of pallets is shifted to the drying platform for 24hrs drying and next day stacked in the curing area and cured for 15-20 days
